Once an order is successfully placed and processed, it cannot be refunded. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or delayed delivery due to external factors.

Non-Returnable Products

All products sold on Annam Farm are non-returnable in nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Product (Exception Clause)

To process your request, you must provide clear proof such as photos or unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and, if found valid, we may offer a suitable resolution such as replacement or store credit.

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
